Applicants must demonstrate a total household income of at least 40x the monthly rent, have sufficient liquidity and maintain a good credit history
Guarantors must demonstrate a total household income of at least 75x the monthly rent, have sufficient liquidity and maintain a good credit history

A letter from your CPA verifying your last two years of Adjusted Gross Income
Guarantors/Foreign Applicants:
Guarantors must provide the above documentation, including the on-line application and the application fee + a signed and notarized Guarantor Form prior to approval and lease signing

FAQ’s:
If you have a pet, there is a $300 pet fee per pet due at lease signing
Bike storage is $15/month
On-site parking is $275/month for tenants
Tenants are responsible for all utilities and cable/internet - building is wired for Verizon Fios
Remember to submit one W9 form for EACH tenant, located at the end of the lease
For the lease signing you must provide TWO separate Certified Bank Checks: one for the first month’s rent and the second for the security deposit
