General Requirements:

  • Applicants must demonstrate a total household income of at least 40x the monthly rent, have sufficient liquidity and maintain a good credit history

  • Guarantors must demonstrate a total household income of at least 75x the monthly rent, have sufficient liquidity and maintain a good credit history

Required Documents in one PDF:

  • Photo ID

  • Complete and pay for on-line application and credit check by clicking HERE.

  • Last two months of complete bank statements in PDF format

  • Employment Letter stating position, length of employment and salary (including any bonuses), must be on company letterhead, dated and signed

  • Last 2 Paystubs

  • W2 Form

If you are self-employed, please also provide:

  • Last two years of tax returns

  • A letter from your CPA verifying your last two years of Adjusted Gross Income

Guarantors/Foreign Applicants:

  • Guarantors must provide the above documentation, including the on-line application and the application fee + a signed and notarized Guarantor Form prior to approval and lease signing

  • Foreign Applicants with no social or credit history must apply for a corporate guarantor (Insurent) the contact person’s email at Insurent is: jgeller@insurent.com

FAQ’s: 

  • If you have a pet, there is a $300 pet fee per pet due at lease signing

  • Bike storage is $15/month

  • On-site parking is $275/month for tenants

  • Tenants are responsible for all utilities and cable/internet - building is wired for Verizon Fios

  • Remember to submit one W9 form for EACH tenant, located at the end of the lease

  • For the lease signing you must provide TWO separate Certified Bank Checks: one for the first month’s rent and the second for the security deposit
